CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ITEM?
Yes, I'm typically able to accommodate most customization requests. Please contact me prior to placing your order so I can provide a price quote for your order if it's something I can make happen.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED!
Ack! That's not good! I want you to be thrilled with your Fierce Mally purchase, so if you receive it and something is damaged or not as expected, please contact me and I'll try my best to remedy the situation.
DO I HAVE TO USE PAYPAL?
Currently, Fierce Mally accepts only Paypal payments. The good news is, you don't need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. Read here for help on how to do it... http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361
If you prefer to avoid Paypal all together, please visit my Etsy shop to make your purchase where you'll have the opportunity to pay directly using your credit card.
WILL THERE BE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
I'm required to charge fellow Minnesota residents sales tax for purchases and shipping costs. Orders shipped to the rest of the universe will not be taxed.
CAN I USE YOUR ARTWORK ON MY SITE OR PRODUCT?
No, sorry. If you've got a particular situation and want to use an image or piece of art on your personal website or blog, please contact me and I'll decide on a case by case basis. Here's what the legal eagles have to say on the matter...

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders shipping to US addresses typically ship within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders ship via USPS 1st class mail and can take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. If you're in a hurry to get any order, please include a message and I'll be happy to contact you about expedited shipping options and prices.
International orders are mailed out on Tuesdays and Fridays. In an effort to keep shipping costs down, these orders ship via First Class International Mail. Please contact me for expedited shipping rates and options.
CAN I SHIP A GIFT DIRECTLY TO A FRIEND?
Sure! Please be sure to let me know the shipping address when you place your order. If I'm notified that an order is a gift, I'll leave out the receipt and will make sure the items are beautifully packaged and fun to open.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied for some reason, please contact me so I have a chance to resolve the problem. I rarely have issues with damaged goods, but please just let us know if there is an issue with your order - we'll get it taken care of right away!
